Hi Darrah!
Welcome to planDisney!
I’m happy to report that the new bus and boat transportation policy will only affect those specifically traveling from
Disney Springs to the resorts. The transportation between the theme parks and resorts will not be changed at this time, so you’ll still be able to resort hop by using that transportation just as you always have.
Speaking of the Disney Springs transportation specifically, if you’re a
Disney World resort guest or have a resort
dining or
Enchanting Extras reservation, you will be able to access the transportation from Disney Springs to the resort.
If you’re not a resort guest or you don’t have a dining or Enchanting Extras reservation at the resort, you will not be able to access resort bus and boat transportation from Disney Springs beginning on June 28, 2026. You’ll still be more than welcome to park at a nearby theme park and use the bus, boat, Monorail, or Skyliner transportation from there, though. That way, you can still enjoy the lounges, snacks, and even the gingerbread houses
around the holidays at your favorite resorts!
Let us know if you have any other questions! We're always happy to help!
