I need to make a reservation at Disney grand California for check-in May 23. Check out May 25. I will need two rooms. One adult and one room and one adult and two children in the other room also need tickets to California adventure on & Disneyland

Hiya, Josh! Welcome to planDisney! I love that you are planning a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort! Your trip is coming up so soon, so let’s jump right into the fun!

You have chosen my absolute favorite of the three onsite Disneyland Resort Hotels! Disney’s Grand Californian is beautiful. From the moment you step into the stunning lobby, you will feel like you have been whisked away to the Redwoods! I grew up in California, in a town known for its orange groves, so it always feels extra special to me seeing the details and decor throughout the rooms that give a small nod to California’s orange industry.

One of my very favorite perks of staying at the Grand Californian is the direct entrance right into Disney California Adventure Park! You are quite literally in the magic before you can say, “Meet me at the Incredicoaster!”

I checked the website and you are in luck! At the time of this writing, there is availability for those dates at the Grand Californian. To secure both your rooms and theme park tickets, your best option will be booking a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, which conveniently bundles everything together. You can book online, but since you will need multiple rooms, I recommend calling a friendly Cast Member at the Vacation Packages line at (714) 520-5060. They are wonderful at helping get all the details just right!

While you are staying at the Grand Californian, you may want to consider a Character Dining Breakfast at Storytellers Cafe. It is such a fun and delicious way to start your day! You will enjoy great food while meeting some favorite Disney pals. The last time we went, we had the most outrageously fun interaction with Pluto that left us giggling for hours afterward!

You also get an extra special perk that is brand new this year for onsite hotel Guests! Each Guest receives one Lightning Lane per stay to use at an eligible attraction! That means you are heading straight into the magic with no need to select a return time like a regular Lightning Lane. I love pairing this with a Lightning Lane Multi Pass to really make the most of our visits! When my family was there last week, it was a fairly crowded day, and the Lightning Lane Multi Pass helped us experience everything we hoped to, with plenty of smiles along the way! You can add the Lightning Lane Multi Pass at time of purchase, or conveniently add it to your tickets in the Disneyland Mobile app after you scan into the theme parks.

Josh, I hope you have the very best visit and make memories that last a lifetime! Enjoy the Grand Californian!

    Wishing you many magical memories!
