Marathon Weekend! That is such an exciting accomplishment. As someone who has been part of the runDisney community for over 10 years, I can tell you, you are in for an unforgettable experience.
From the moment you step into the expo to race morning when the fireworks go off at the start line, the energy is pure magic. There is nothing quite like running through the parks, seeing characters along the course, and high-fiving fellow runners all earning their miles (and medals!). Then being able to wear that medal around the parks afterward is such an achievement.
Alright, run right into your question. You can manage your account details by logging in to your account on the
runDisney website. Start by hovering over Help & Support in the top right corner, then select Manage My Account. You may be asked to sign in again.
Once you’re in, click your name in the top right corner and select Manage My Disney Account. From here, you’ll be able to update personal details such as your name, gender, address, and phone number. You can also choose whether you’d like to receive event updates and race results via text.
Just keep in mind that updates made in your runDisney registration account won’t automatically sync with your
My Disney Experience profile, so they are managed separately.
