Welcome back to planDisney, Judy! I'm so glad to see you again.
I see some of your plans have changed. The great thing about The Most Magical Place on Earth is that changing your plans is simple, almost like having your very own all-powerful genie, just like my pal Aladdin!
If you need to remove someone from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, it's best to do so as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to your plans, especially for things like
Lightning Lanes. For Disney Resort hotel reservations or vacation packages (which include a hotel and tickets), you cannot remove a Guest online yourself. Instead, you'll need to
call Disney so a Cast Member can assist you in making the change correctly. This may result in a price adjustment, and if you are adding a different Guest, making sure their information is linked correctly is crucial to ensuring everything goes smoothly on your magical adventure.
I checked the
official Disney website and found some
helpful information on cancellations and refunds. If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 2 and 29 days before arrival will incur a $200 per package cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 1 day's notice before arrival, or if there's a no-show, the full package price will be nonrefundable.
Judy, I hope this information helps, but most importantly, I hope you have an amazing time!
Please come back and see me again with any questions you might have.
Your personal planning companion,
Michelle
