Welcome to planDisney! Your question takes me back to earlier this summer when I, one forgetful mama, lost the credit card that my Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passes were set up with for the payment plan. Oh boy! So, I’d love to share my experience with you, Christine.
First, you can update the credit card that you have on file for your annual pass. You can’t do this on your own online; however, you can do one of the following:
-Visit
Guest Relations: In my case, I tried scanning into one theme park, but of course I was sent to Guest Relations because my card needed to be updated. I stood in line for a few moments, and a friendly Cast Member modified my information for me.
-Call the
Annual Passholders hotline: If you won’t be on property anytime soon, call the number and speak to a Cast Member. They make the change super easy.
