I hope you are enjoying the amazing
perks and discounts available to you as an Annual Passholder. I have used my Annual Passholder discount countless times while
dining at many Disney restaurants, shopping at
select merchandise locations, and enjoying some of the wonderful
tours Disney offers. I also keep my eye on the
Special Offers page for room discounts as they become available.
If you need to check the expiration date of your Annual Pass, please follow the steps below.
From your computer:
- In your My Disney Experience account, select "My Plans."
- Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker tab.
From the My Disney Experience Mobile App:
- Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
- Select the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
- Click on "Tickets and Passes."
As far as checking the monetary balance of your Annual Pass, you will need cast member assistance. You can contact
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support to send a message online or call the
Annual Passholders line to speak with a cast member directly.
