Hi Alesha, and welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry to hear about your reservation, but I’d be happy to help you navigate the cancellation process.
If you need to cancel a Disney World vacation package, hotel stay, dining reservation, or theme park reservation, in most cases you can cancel through the Disney World website. Go to your
My Plans page and scroll until you find the reservation you’re looking to cancel. Depending on what it is, you’ll see a button towards the right that says Cancel, Manage, or Change Reservation. If you don’t see a cancellation option, which may be the case for certain vacation packages or hotel stays, you’ll need to call the Disney Reservation Center. A Cast Member can walk you through your options and help modify or cancel your reservation.
As you start to plan your next Disney World vacation, there are a few resources I wanted to point out. First, be sure to check out the
Special Offers page, as well as the
Florida Residents Tickets and Offers page. There are great deals for both theme park tickets and resort hotel stays. And more savings means more funds for all the Mickey-shaped snacks!
Second, planDisney has been releasing new
resort guides on YouTube. Come along as we explore the rooms, dining, pools, transportation options, and more. It's a great way to check out the resort hotels that you haven't stayed at before!
And, finally, as I’m starting to get excited for my next visit, I always keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog to stay on top of all the exciting happenings coming to Disney World. I’m most excited for all things
Halloween and
Christmas, and
The Magic of Disney Animation opening in just a few more days at Hollywood Studios!
I’m wishing on a star that your next Disney adventure is just around the riverbend! And if you have any other questions, we’re always here for you at planDisney.
