Hello Michelle!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you brought your question to us today because I want to assure you that you'll be in excellent hands during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort next spring.
My last stay at
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort was back in May, and my daughter and I had a magical time exploring and admiring all the adorable movie-themed details. We especially liked posing for a photo with the magical
Fantasia broomsticks near the main pool and loved the
Toy Story characters and blocks. Your room will feature a
beverage cooler to keep supplies chilled, but the temperature may not be adequate for some medications or supplies. Based on my research the coolers cool to 41 degrees Fahrenheit/5 degrees Celsius. The coolers average around 25 inches high,18 inches wide, and 22 inches deep. An ice bucket will also be available in your room with ice machines located on each floor near the elevator in every building.
I reached out to a Cast Member who said you can visit the
Front Desk when you arrive to request additional assistance. They may be able to provide you with an alternative for your room, but this is subject to availability and not guaranteed. In the event that one is not available,
Bell Services should be able to store refrigerated or frozen items. Thankfully,
my pal Jessica tackled a similar inquiry for another guest not too long ago and outlined all the details. As she indicated, you can store ice packs with Bell Services and access them 24 hours a day in addition to other supplies requiring refrigeration or freezing.
I hope this offers you peace of mind as you prepare for your magical vacation. If we can offer any additional assistance please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. We're always glad to help!
Magic and memories,
Amy
