Hi Alejandra!
Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to help with your question!
Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is in just a few days, and I know you must be eagerly counting down these final days! If you purchased the Disney Military Salute tickets, you should have received an email, as well as a paper receipt. Both items will have a Disney Reservation #, which is what you will use to link the tickets to yourself and everyone traveling with you. You can do this step using your MyDisney account on a computer, or with the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once this step is done, you can begin making Theme Park Reservations to enter the theme parks. If you still have issues uploading tickets, you can call the Existing Tickets line and a Cast Member can assist you. I had issues linking my Salute tickets earlier this year on my computer and the Cast Member I worked with was able to get it fixed!
When you arrive at Walt Disney World, stop by Guest Relations on your first theme park day, or if you don't plan on going to the theme parks on your arrival day, visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to activate your tickets. The sponsor or their spouse will need to activate everyone's tickets. If you purchased Magic Your Way tickets, you do all the same steps as above, except activating your tickets. This step is already completed, and as long as you have your reservations done, you are good to go!
One final perk I want to mention for Salute ticket holders is the military rate for Memory Maker! When you are activating your tickets, you can purchase Memory Maker at that time. Memory Maker gives you all the digital images of all the photos you take, including character meets, with a Disney PhotoPass photographer, even on select attractions!
Alejandra, I hope all of this information was helpful! May your visit to Walt Disney World be full of pixie dust, happiness, and lots of core memories!
Choose Magic!
