Hi there, Daniel,
Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney. We're happy to help!
I love keeping an eye on the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page to see what new promotions become available. Sometimes I get lucky and an offer will apply to travel I already had planned, and sometimes I get even luckier and find an offer that's so great it forces me to book an extra trip. I really love it when that happens!
I took a look at the latest
Canadian Resident ticket offer and it seems like a great value for guests planning a visit for 5 days or longer between January 11 and September 28, 2004. While tickets are non-refundable you can typically
upgrade unused tickets as long as the new tickets are equal to or greater in value to the original tickets.
It sounds like you already booked a room and ticket package so you'll want to log in to the Walt Disney World Resort website and head over to
"My Reservations." Locate your existing reservation and click the "Modify Reservation" button. If your package is eligible for changes you should be able to make the
necessary modifications online and apply this promotion or any others that might be valid for your travel dates. In some cases, changes cannot be made online. If so, you can
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for assistance. They'll be able to walk you through your options and apply any applicable promotions on your behalf.
I hope you'll be able to take advantage of this special offer for your spring trip. As you're enjoying a magical visit be sure to check out the beautiful character topiaries and delicious food and beverage offerings at
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The 2024 dates haven't been announced just yet but the festival is typically in full bloom around that time.
Daniel, if we can offer additional recommendations or you have further questions please stop back and see us again.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
