Hello Sol!
Thanks for bringing your question to us today. I'm excited to hear you're hoping to make a splash at one of the
water parks at Walt Disney World Resort. I can't believe my family has yet to experience them for ourselves but I'll follow your lead and make a point to visit on my next trip.
I'm not sure when you are planning to visit but
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is currently open for guests looking to do whatever snow does in summer, just like Olaf. You'll be glad to know that tickets are available for purchase in person at any ticket window, including the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. When you arrive you can decide on a
1-day ticket, or inquire about the Disney Water Park Seasonal Pass which will allow multiple visits through May 24, 2024. You can complete your purchase using cash and most major credit/debit cards.
Before you know it you'll be there with a drink in your hand probably getting gorgeously tanned, but please don't forget to apply sunscreen! I never visit a pool or beach without some tucked in my bag but you can stop by
Beach Haus if you forget to pack your own. The shops are usually fully stocked with all the essentials for purchase from towels and sunscreen to souvenirs. You'll also be able to rent a locker there as well if you desire.
As you're relaxing in the summer sun, just letting off steam why not enjoy a tasty entree from
Lottawatta Lodge like a Cheese Flatbread or a frosty cocktail like the Piña CoLAVA? Or maybe you'd rather cool down with an ice cream from
I.C. Expeditions? Their Sand Pail Sundae is always a crowd-pleaser! I sure wish I could have one right now to cancel out the gloomy November weather I'm experiencing at home today. Olaf said it best, "Put me in summer and I'll be a ... happy snowman!" Sunshine, blue skies, dandelion fuzz, and buzzing bees would certainly be a welcome treat.
I hope this helped Sol. If we can answer any additional planning questions please float on back and let us know.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
