We will be there on Monday and my husband has the magic bands under his account, I purchased the tickets, park hoppers and LL on my account - how do we connect the magic bands and tickets?

Hey there, hi there, Crystal! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you stopped by with your question.

Oh boy! It's almost time for your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! I hope your suitcases are out and the packing has begun. If you and your husband have tickets on one account and MagicBand+ devices connected on another, then I recommend that your husband links the tickets to his account as well. This can be done fairly quickly between your two phones because you can use your camera in the app to link ticket barcodes in the Tickets and Passes section of the Disneyland app. You can both have the tickets on your account without any issues. Then you both will also be able to easily make Lightning Lane selections for your party. After the tickets are linked to your husband's account, you can then assign a MagicBand+ to each ticket.

If you have been to Walt Disney World and have MagicBands from these visits, just make sure your MagicBands are MagicBand+ devices, as these are the only versions that are compatible at Disneyland Resort.

Crystal, thanks so much for stopping by! We hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
