Welcome to planDisney! The Disneyland Mobile App is a helpful tool, but I know navigating technology can sometimes be tricky. I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
In the
Disneyland Mobile App, you can manage the tickets linked to your account by heading to the "My Tickets and Passes" section. Scroll to the ticket or Magic Key you want to remove and tap the "Delete This Pass" button just below the ticket. That's all you need to do! If you purchased the ticket or Magic Key then you may not be able to unlink it. In that case,
I'd recommend calling either the "Tickets" phone number or the "Magic Key Holders" line for more help. You also mentioned
Disney MagicBand+ in your question, so let's talk about linking a band to a ticket. Scroll down the home menu until you find "MagicBand+" to open that section of the app. You can hit the "+" in the top corner to add a new band or manage the bands already linked to your app. To change which ticket a band is assigned to just tap the band, scroll down to choose "Assign" and pick a new ticket. You also have the option to tap "Unlink" to remove the band entirely.
There is also a "Chat With Us" option in the app (scroll toward the bottom of the main menu) that is very helpful! I've had great tech support from those Cast Members.
I love that the app lets me
magically order my favorite foods for quick pickup! Whether I'm hoping for a popular treat at
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe or a quick DOLE Whip Float from the
Tiki Juice Bar, mobile ordering is the best!
