Mom of 3…twin seven year olds + a three year old. If I take the kids on my own to the parks (without a second adult) would I be able to walk the older two through the queue (let’s say on Mine Train) and keep my three year old who is not tall enough w/ me?

Welcome to planDisney! It’s my pleasure to assist a fellow Floridian with some pixie-dusted vacation tips!

Roxanne, I’m happy to share that because your twins are 7, they can ride without an adult! The park rules state that kids under 7 must ride with someone 14 years or older. So, your twins will get to experience some big-kid independence at Disney, with mom close by, of course! Simply let the Cast Member at the entrance of the attraction know that you plan on staying with your youngest Mouseketeer while your big kids have fun. You’ll be able to go through the queue together and wait for the twins at the exit of the attraction once they board!

And since I’m sure you’ll want to enjoy plenty of magic together, here are a few attraction suggestions that don’t have height restrictions and are must-experiences for your family:

    - “it’s a small world” at Magic Kingdom. The classic boat ride that will have your whole crew singing together for the rest of the day!

    - Peter Pan’s Flight, also at Magic Kingdom. A personal favorite! It’s Disney nostalgia all wrapped up in a flying pirate ship. Classic, iconic, and filled with faith, trust, and of course, PIXIE DUST!

    - Dumbo the Flying Elephant in Magic Kingdom. Another classic, but this one has a special hidden gem—an air-conditioned play area that doubles as a standby queue. The kids won’t want to leave!

    - The Seas with Nemo & Friends at EPCOT. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming… and once you exit the attraction, enjoy the incredible aquarium inside The Seas pavilion.

    - Frozen Ever After, also at EPCOT. I couldn’t let you go without including a Frozen adventure! Enjoy a magical boat ride through Arendelle with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. Sing as loud as you can as you journey through the ride!

    - Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This safari through a lush African savanna is WILD! Have the kids try to name animals on the journey and see how many they can identify!

Well, I sure hope this helps with your magical planning for your upcoming trip. And if you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by. We’re hEAR to help!

    See ya real soon,

    Emille
