There are no reservations online for a character dinner with princesses at the Magic Kingdom between 2/26-2/28. Any ideas how to get a reservation for 5 (3 adults and 2 kids.) thanks!

Hi there, Rachel, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled you're here with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Your family will be arriving at the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few weeks, and you must be getting so excited!

Rachel, as a mom of a princess-loving daughter and a big fan of princesses myself, I think Character Dining is one of the most fun ways to ensure a meaningful interaction with some of your favorite Disney Characters while enjoying a delicious meal. Character Dining is popular because it crosses a lot of those "must-do" items off your vacation bucket list. Since Guests can begin making Advance Dining Reservations 60 days before the day they check in, for up to ten days of their vacation, it can be difficult to find a reservation as your vacation draws near. I suggest checking often to see if any reservations become available as other Guests change their plans. I've had the best luck making last-minute reservations on the day before I hope to dine, so be diligent!

There are currently four dining experiences that include Princesses, and one of them is at Magic Kingdom Park:
If you have a little one who loves dressing up as a Princess, she might enjoy Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Again, a reservation here is best made as far in advance as possible, but it's worth checking on if you're interested! Guided by a Fairy Godmother's Apprentice, your daughter will be delighted and pampered as she makes a royal transformation!

Make sure to stop by Sir Mickey's shop, where a Cast Member will be delighted to sprinkle some pixie dust over you as you make your wish! It's a quick, complimentary experience that's fun for the whole family. I recently did this for the first time and was surprised at how sweet and meaningful it was!

An easy way to find nearby Characters is by using the Map feature of the My Disney Experience App. It will show you their location and availability that day - so easy!

Rachel, I hope this is helpful to you as you continue to count down to your arrival at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney anytime!

    See you real soon!
