Hi, Travis! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney.
I’m sorry you missed your paid-in-full date. The good news is that you can rebook your Disney Cruise and select the same stateroom as before as long as it’s available. However, if the cruise's price has risen since your initial reservation, you will be required to cover the difference. You can
call and speak to an agent or book online yourself.
Now, let’s look at two upcoming dates you won’t want to miss. If this is your
first Disney Cruise, 75 days before you set sail, starting at midnight Eastern Time, you can reserve Port Adventures,
adult-exclusive dining, spa treatments, nursery time, and all the onboard fun like
beverage tastings. Set a reminder on your phone to jump online as soon as your booking window opens. I usually go for Port Adventures first, then lock in Palo and the rest of our onboard activities.
The next key date is Online Check-In, happening 30 days before your adventure. Take a picture of everyone's citizenship documents for a hassle-free check-in. You’ll also need an individual color photo of each Guest taken against a neutral background. You’ll enter onboard payment information and arrival and departure travel plans, select a port arrival time, and review and accept the cruise contract. Once you’re all finished, you can save or print your Port Arrival Form.
No need to stress about these dates, Travis, or try to attempt some complicated calendar math. Sign in to your
reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website, and you’ll spot the date for booking activities and online check-in under “Cruise Details.”
If there's anything else we can do to help you before you set sail, please swing by and see us again. We're here to make sure your journey is smooth sailing!
SEAS the adventure!
