Hello, Lisseth! It’s nice to see you again. Welcome back!
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a hiccup with
Online Check-In. As a first-time cruiser, please make sure your vacation countdown clock shows 29 days. This can be confusing because while you can start Online Check-in 30 days before arrival, the online countdown includes hours, minutes, and seconds. If it reads 30 days, you are attempting to check in one day too early.
If you’re still having issues, don’t worry! A friendly and helpful
Disney Cruise Line agent is just a call away, ready to wave their magic wand and make your worries disappear. They can help you resolve any technical issues you are experiencing or direct your call to someone who can help.
Lisseth, if you cannot check-in, plan to arrive at the terminal after 2:00 p.m. on the day you sail. Disney Cruise Line representatives will scan everyone’s
citizenship documentation and check you in. I promise the magic will be waiting for you when it’s your turn to board.
I hope you have a fantastic voyage filled with unforgettable moments. If you have any other questions before going to the port, feel free to stop by and ask. We are delighted to help!
SEAS the adventure!
