Hi there, Jorge! Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
What a fun idea to have
Mickey and friends write to your son before his trip to
Disneyland! When we took our first Disney cruise, the cruise offered the option for Mickey and company to call the kids a few weeks before the cruise to welcome them on board. Watching their eyes widen when they realized "who" was on the other side was so darling!
Unfortunately, Disneyland currently does not offer the same service, but you have options! You can
write a letter to Mickey and send it to Disneyland or World (it seems like the response time has more pixie dust when you send it to the World). If you include a return envelope with the appropriate postage, a magical signed postcard will likely arrive for your son!
You can also search the web (I would look at Etsy and Pinterest), where you will find private companies that can generate a personal letter from Mickey for your son. Download it, print it out, and send it to Thiago. Since he's still young, Dad helping our
Disney pals is just as magical as coming from the Mouse himself.
When you arrive at Disneyland, if you are staying at one of the resort hotels, I suggest an
In-Room Celebration! You can have snacks, treats, balloons, decor, and more awaiting your family on arrival. We've previously decorated our Disney hotel room, and it is magical to open the door and see the room sprinkled with pixie dust!
Jorge, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to return. Good luck with your magical communications!
