How does memory maker work in Disney world and Disney springs for a group of 12? We may all not be together at the same time taking pictures at the locations that we would like. Will we all be able to have the magic bands scanned and have access pics?

    Hi Mitchelly,

Welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it, so let's be sure you have everything set to capture all the magical moments experienced by you and the 11 other people in your group.

I'm a big fan of Memory Maker and Disney's PhotoPass service. It makes capturing shots on rides and attractions so much easier. And it's a great way to get fun group shots, including special Magic Shots, that include everyone.

If you are the lead guest -- the one who purchased Memory Maker and has it linked to your My Disney Experience profile -- you will be able to see and download the photos and videos of all the guests who are connected to you on your Friends & Family list.

Since your vacation is still a few weeks away, now is a good time to be sure your Friends & Family list is complete. Once you have that done, when you arrive, photos from anyone in your group should appear in your photo gallery, even if you are not in the picture. The photos can be linked to the photo gallery by a MagicBand, Key to the World Card, Disney PhotoPass Card or the Disney MagicMobile Service on a phone or tablet.

If you have any difficulties seeing your photos once you are in the parks, I recommend stopping by one of the blue "Guest Experience" umbrellas, where cast members can help resolve technical issues.

I hope that's clear, Mitchelly. Please check back with us if you need more information or have other questions in advance of your vacation.

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
