Hello Andrew!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for researching older questions and making sure you are up to date! The
Disability Access Service or DAS is a very important service for guests with a disability who can't handle traditional queues.
There is a way to register before you arrive but unfortunately, it is still only for guests who are in the United States. The live video chat conversation involves a discussion of a disability and as a result, there are restrictions for this occurring internationally. Regardless, you are still able to register when you arrive in the United States. On your first Park day head to
Guest Relations and speak with a Cast Member to get set up. If you arrive in the US in the magic window of 2 to 30 days before your first Park day you can use the
US-based DAS Advance link and get set up. For both online and in-person DAS registration make sure that your family member who needs the DAS service is present for the interview. I would also suggest that you update and log into your
My Disney Experience Mobile App as that will be where your pass is set up and managed each day once you are approved. The pass is good for 60 days so you will have to visit Guest Relations only once during your trip. If you have issues with anything you can return to Guest Relations or look for the Guest Experience Team under the big blue umbrellas throughout the Parks. They are so helpful and kind.
If you have other needs for your family member that you would like some assistance for then I suggest reaching out to Disability.services@disneyparks.com for help! Walt Disney World Resort strives to create
inclusive environments for all guests. I hope that your holiday goes smoothly and you all have a lovely time!
Happy Planning!
