Hiya Danielle!
Welcome to planDisney! You are just a few months away from your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and I am very excited for what magic awaits you!
The Disability Access Service or DAS is what you are referring to in your question. It is a free service for guests who have a disability that prevents them from waiting in a traditional queue. There is a way to pre-register for it but it is only available to guests within the United States. International guests can only register once they arrive in America. If you are within the window of no less than 2 days and no more than 30 days from your first Park day you can do DAS Advance which is a pre-registration service for DAS. You will be able to video chat with a Cast Member who will ask you a few questions and if approved you will be set up for DAS. If you are in the United States within the time frame I mentioned then visit the
DAS Advance page to request a live chat. (The link I included will only work when in the United States)
Don't worry Danielle, you can register for DAS when you arrive if the timing doesn't work out. Head to
Guest Relations as the first thing you do when you arrive at your first Park. Make sure to bring the guest who needs DAS and go through the brief interview process in person. Once approved you will be set up to book return times through your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. It will then be valid for 60 days so that means you won't have to have it set up again for your entire trip.
During your trip, you will be able to have a choice to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival which begins February 28 and ends May 27th. It is my favorite festival at EPCOT as I love the gorgeous topiaries and outdoor kitchens. The Walt Disney World Horticultural team truly transforms EPCOT into a springtime oasis.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to
let me know!
Happy Planning!
