Where is Mears Connect located at MCO? I heard it was recently moved.

Hey there, hi there, ho there Jaynee!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for swinging by with your Disney planning question. I'm certain your visit to Walt Disney World this Spring will be delightful... it's my favorite time of year there! The beautiful EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival topiaries are so creative and breathtaking. Best photo opps ever!

I'm happy to help answer your question about the Mears Connect location inside the Orlando (MCO) airport, as my family was there just a couple of weeks ago and used this shuttle service. If you are arriving in the main airport location housing Terminals A & B - Mears Connect is still located on Level 1 of Terminal B. You'll notice clear signage directing you to "Mears Shuttle", and it's pretty easy to find. If you have ever used this bus service to Disney World in the past (perhaps even when it was operated by Disney as "Magical Express")... you'll be familiar with the check in area. The location has not changed! They do also make one additional stop at the newer MCO Terminal C building (also Level 1) to pick up shuttle passengers. Then you'll be on your way to the magic!

We  waited about 10 minutes before our shared bus service departed and took us to our Disney resort. I think they average around a 10-20 minute wait. Be sure to make a reservation on their website ahead of time, for either one way or round trip.

Pro tip: I like to use Mears Connect one way from MCO to our Disney World resort, but then schedule a Lyft or Uber ride for our return trip from the resort back to MCO. In my experience, this reserved ride is close to the same price at a Mears Connect shuttle one way ride for 2 people. That allows me to better control our departure time, and maximize our Disney Springs shopping time on our final day!

One last thing before I go... if you haven't had a chance to experience the newly reimagined Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom, put this on your must-do list. It's such a terrific experience for all ages - combining music, fun characters, and a thrilling ride. It's a Disney trifecta! We used one of our Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections to skip the stand by line on this popular attraction, and it was well worth it.

Have a wonderful vacation! Please let me know if I can help with any other tips, information, or ideas for your trip.

    See ya' real soon!
