Hi Alyssa. Welcome to planDisney. I'm happy to answer your question today!
Isn't being an
Annual Passholder so exciting? Not only do you get to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort much more frequently, but you also get access to
great benefits and discounts. The last time I was in
EPCOT, a magnet was being offered for
Annual Passholders at the
Creations Shop. As a first-time Passholder, you would have thought I had won the lottery just picking up that magnet!
To see if you can add a
dining plan to your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation and keep your discounted rate, you would need to
contact a friendly Cast Member at the resort. It can depend on a variety of factors but they would be happy to look into it and see if it's a possibility!
If you're able to add a dining plan, which one would it be: the
Disney Dining Plan or the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan? While the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan used to fit my "rope-drop to park close and get as many attractions done as possible" park habits, I'm now a bit more laid-back and find I really crave one sit-down,
table-service meal each day. But I'll attribute that to the fact that I'm an Annual Passholder and get to visit the resort more often, and
definitely not the fact that I'm getting older! Don't you agree? Alyssa?! Tell me you agree! Don't worry, I'm just kidding. Regardless of the reason, I love the fact that the Disney Dining Plan provides for 1 Table-Service meal per night of your stay. That option fits me more now!
Alyssa, I hope you have a wonderful visit to the resort. It's right around the corner, or as
Pocahontas might say, it's "just around the riverbend."
Be sure to
reach out directly to me if you have any other questions.
A river isn't steady at all,
Matt
