When making a reservation o Genie+, does it count for all my family members? (Purchased Genie+ for everyone)

    Hiya Angela,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

You’re “almost there” for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! And now that you’ve purchased theme park tickets (and hopefully make park reservations), all that’s left is to link all members of your party! If you have not already, download the Disneyland app and log into your MyDisney account. Tap on the (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the screen and then tap "My Tickets & Passes." You should be able to see your tickets on this page. Then let the other members of your party do the same to pull up their theme park tickets.

To link tickets to one account for group services such as Disney Genie+, stay on the Disneyland app page “My Tickets & Passes”. Tap on the (+) sign at the top-right and select “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can scan or manually type in the other Guests’ ticket numbers to link them into one party. Please note that all Guests must each have purchased Disney Genie+ to use this paid service. Once the tickets are linked, they will remain linked until the tickets are no longer valid. Then all that’s left is to enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
