    I purchased 5 5-day passes with Genie+ for my family traveling in December via the app on my phone. How do I get each ticket to each person's account? I lists their names but isn't linked or showing up on their phones.

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

    As a fellow planner, I am happy to see Guests book visits to the Disneyland Resort early! And now that you’ve purchased theme park tickets (and hopefully make park reservations), all that’s left is to link your party! If you have not already, download the Disneyland app and log into your MyDisney account. Click on the (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the screen and then tap "My Tickets & Passes." You should be able to see your tickets on this page.

    To link tickets to one account for group services such as Disney Genie+, go back to the Disneyland app page “My Tickets & Passes”. Then click on the (+) sign at the top-right and select “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can either scan or manually type in the other person’s ticket number to link them into one party. Once the tickets are linked, they will remain linked until the tickets are no longer valid. Then all that’s left is to enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
