Is the magical express (bus from the airport) will be back in the future???

Hello France and welcome back to planDisney!

It is so great to welcome back a friend who has been asking my planDisney friends questions for a full decade! Thank you so much and I’m excited that you are here to enjoy the magic again soon! My family and I always utilized the old magical express shuttles and on departure day referred to them as the tragical express! We still laugh about that to this day!

Unfortunately, the magical express is like the dodo bird; it is extinct, and we don’t expect it to rise like the Phoenix anytime soon as of this writing.

But, France, there are similar shuttle services available from Orlando International Airport that will whisk you from your landing spot to your Disney home in no time at all! You can find these shuttle bus services with a quick internet search, and you can make an advance reservation online.  You can reserve a one-way ride or even get a round-trip ticket to get your tragical express day taken care of! Most of the shuttles stop at multiple Disney resorts and do wait to fill up at the airport, so there is usually a small bit of waiting time on and off the shuttle before you are hanging out in the lobby of your Disney destination.

You could opt for a ride share service which would take you directly from the airport to your resort. The pickup spot is easy to locate, and it's a short walk from the baggage claim area to your ride share. The cost is higher than the shuttle service, but the direct service might be worth the time it saves you to get to your resort quicker.

There is also the Minnie Van airport service for Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resort hotels, Disney Deluxe Viall Resort hotels and Club Level rooms. You can book this pixie dust service beginning 60 days in advance of your visits up to two days before your visit to the magic!

France, some things might have changed, and we might be a few years older, but the magic and the memories continue to make this such an exciting adventure!  Don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
