Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question! I'm so happy to see another Magic Key Holder joining the ranks! I've been a part of the program ever since it began and I couldn't be happier because it's allowed me to return to the magic of the Disneyland Resort time and again.
I'm sorry to hear that your Magic Key Welcome Package was sent to an old address. Were you able to positively confirm that it was sent to your previous address? The Magic Key Welcome Package can take several weeks to go out to new members and I've heard some households with multiple Magic Key Holders receive their packages months apart.
My best advice would be to contact a Cast Member at the
Magic Key Holders phone line and explain your situation to them. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to send you a replacement, but Disney Cast Members always do their best to make magic for their Guests.
I wish I had a more definitive answer for you and I hope that you are able to get your Welcome Package. In the meantime, be sure to regularly check the Magic Key Portal within the
Disneyland Mobile App because I see all kinds of special merchandise just for Magic Key Holders. And don't forget to follow the
Magic Key Instagram account too. They recently announced a cool Panda Mei paw giveaway to celebrate
Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Believe me, you'll find no shortage of Magic Key branded merch that you're going to want over the coming year!
