I made reservations for Disney Paris for 2 adults and a 7 year old and only received QR codes for the 2 adults what should I do?

    Hello Manuel,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm excited to hear that you'll be visiting Disneyland Paris in a few weeks!

If you purchased your tickets or a Hotel + Ticket Package on the Disneyland Paris website, the details may already be linked to your account. If not, you can link them to the Disneyland Paris App by inputting the booking number or ticket information from your confirmation email. If you've purchased 1-day Undated Tickets keep in mind that these need to be registered prior to your visit.

I'm glad that you've already received QR code information for the adult tickets, but there should be one for the 7-year-old as well as you'll all need these to enter the parks. First, be sure to check your email account's SPAM folder to see if it accidentally ended up there. If not, you'll need to contact a Cast Member with Disneyland Paris for assistance. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the booking or reservation systems but you can request assistance by phone at +33 16 03 06 053. Someone should be available Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Paris local time), and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Be sure to have the email address you used to purchase the tickets and the other confirmation/QR code information handy when you call. I tried contacting a member of the Dream Team via online chat, but they were not able to offer any guidance. You may have better luck, but I'm under the impression that they aren't able to access your specific reservation or ticket details.

Manuel, if I've misunderstood your question or you need further assistance please come back and let us know. We'll do our best to help! In the meantime, get ready for plenty of tricks, treats, and magic during the Disney Halloween Festival available October 1 through November 3, 2024. You should be arriving right on time for all the delightfully spooky fun!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
