Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Steven. We're glad you're here! It sounds like you're 60-days out from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. How exciting! The countdown is ON!
I'm sorry to hear you experienced some difficulty booking your dining reservations this morning.
Guests of Disney Resort hotels can begin booking their dining reservations 60-days before their arrival date, beginning at 6:00 AM for the length of their stay, up to 10-days. You certainly should have been able to book dining reservations past the first day of your visit. Let's see if we can get this sorted out! My first recommendation is to use Google Chrome as your browser for the Walt Disney World Resort website. This is the browser I've had the best luck with when I'm making my dining reservations! If you were already using Google Chrome, be sure to restart it. You'll also want to log out of your My Disney Experience account and then log back in to give it a fresh start. If booking your dining reservations online still isn't working, not to fret! You can also book dining reservations on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You may find the app to be more user friendly than the website! If all else fails, I encourage you to
call the My Disney Experience Line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! They'll be able to check your account to make sure your reservation is listed properly and eligible to book dining reservations for the length of your stay.
When I'm booking my family's dining reservations for our next Disney vacation, I'm always sure to reserve a table at
Sanaa. This hidden gem at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is my family's absolute favorite restaurant in all of Walt Disney World Resort! If you're feeling adventurous, give it a try. With delicious food and beautiful views of the savanna, you won't regret it!
I hope this was helpful, Steven. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
