Hello, are Luisa and Isabela still meeting guests in March? We don’t see them listed in the characters section on the app.

Hello Lisa and welcome to planDisney! Your trip to Disneyland will be here before you know it, so let’s talk about it (and not Bruno.)

Meeting any member of the Family Madrigal is truly fantastical and magical so I completely understand why it would be your priority. However as both Luisa and Isabela are rare characters, they do not always appear regularly at the Disneyland Resort.  At this time, we don’t have any information about whether they’ll be visiting Disneyland in March.  I encourage you, however, to keep checking the Characters tab in the Disneyland App for the most up-to-date information.  You never know who might pop out of Casita or other Disney locations to surprise guests! Also, the Disney Parks Blog is another excellent resource to stay informed about any special appearances.

Even if Luisa or Isabela aren’t available to meet during your visit, there are still plenty of opportunities to connect with beloved Disney friends. First, as soon as you enter Disneyland, Main Street, U.S.A. is an excellent spot to see Mickey, Minnie, and other members of the gang. You might even catch a glimpse of a Disney Princess or someone as fabulous as Cruella De Vil making their way through the area.

Another great character location is Mickey’s Toontown. In addition to meeting characters in the streets, you can visit Mickey and Minnie in their respective houses! If you stop by Mickey’s house, be sure to look around—it’s full of magical surprises everywhere you turn. Plus, Toontown is the only place in either park where you can meet Pete, making it a must-visit for any Disney fan.

Over in Disney California Adventure, Avengers Campus is a fantastic spot to meet your favorite Marvel heroes. Spider-Man can often be seen swinging above the Campus before dropping in to greet guests. Other Avengers are known to patrol near the Avengers Command Center, either on the ground or up on the balcony, so keep your camera ready for a selfie or a high-five!

Lisa, I hope these tips help you make the most of your magical visit. If you have more questions or need additional planning advice, we’re always here to help at planDisney.
Wishing you an enchanting Disney day,

    David
