Hi, we are looking to come to Disney World for 10 nights on the 7th of May 2025 and wanted to stay at Pop Century. When we search using the website, Pop Century does not appear. Does this mean it is sold out? Or that the rooms have not been released yet?

Hi Laura, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question. How exciting that you’re planning a 10-night stay at Walt Disney World Resort next May! Staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, like Disney’s Pop Century Resort, adds some magic to your vacation, with benefits like early theme park entry, complimentary transportation throughout the resort, and the immersive Disney theming.

Regarding your question, when a Disney Resort hotel doesn’t appear in the search results on the website, it typically means that there’s no current availability for your selected dates, or the resort may be unable to accommodate the number of Guests in your party. Room availability is dynamic and changes often as Guests make and modify reservations. Because of Disney’s flexible room-only cancellation policy, currently allowing cancellations up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund, rooms can become available at any time.

I checked the Walt Disney World website, and it appears that Disney’s Pop Century Resort is currently available for your travel dates. If it’s still not showing up on your end, I recommend continuing to check periodically, as availability may fluctuate. You may also want to consider reaching out to the Walt Disney World Travel Company for additional help from a Cast Member. As you plan, you might explore some of my other favorite resorts, like Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, or Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, which are also showing availability.

I hope this answers your question, Laura! If you need any more help, whether it’s choosing the perfect dining reservations, creating a park strategy, or anything else, feel free to reach out. I wish you luck in securing the perfect Disney Resort for your family as you prepare for your stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Cheers,
    Brent
