Hey there Jessica,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question!
When you're booking your Disneyland Resort hotel through the
Disneyland Resort website (I like to use the "Build Your Vacation" toolbar near the top of the screen), it does default to showing multi-day tickets -at least 2-day theme park tickets.
However, if you'd prefer to instead purchase 1-day park tickets, then you'll want to click the blue link text that says "Continue Without Tickets" that is just above the ticket options on that selection screen. This will let you continue to finalize your hotel booking and then you can purchase your single day park ticket on the
theme park tickets purchase page.
As part of that ticket purchase process, it will also walk you through setting your
park reservation for the day you plan to visit as well.
After the above steps are completed, you can then view and manage all the details of your upcoming trip on the
My Plans page! This is also a great place to make or manage other reservations like dining or enchanting extras you may want to experience during your visit.
Thanks again for your question, Jessica! I hope you enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
