I am looking at info on booking LL for a group of 10. I read all selections have to be the same if I purchase at the same time So everyone would have to purchase an individual LL if one person wants one? Can you go back and cancel individual LL?

    Hello, Jennifer!

I'm so glad you stopped by with this question. I know there is a lot of information about Lightning Lane Passes circulating online, but I'm ready to clear up any confusion. Let's get to it!

Once you are within your purchasing window you'll complete your transactions one day at a time. You can purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass in a single transaction for each day, or you can break them up into two separate transactions per day. I recommend doing this if not all members of your group want to experience a Single Pass attraction, as purchases are considered non-refundable. Pro-tip: you can complete purchases for other eligible guests in your party, even if you don't want to join them, as long as you are linked via your Family & Friends list. Be sure to do that before you begin making any purchases.

When ready to purchase selections in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you'll first choose your date of visit from the calendar and your starting park. Next, you'll place a check in the box for Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Lightning Lane Single Pass, or both. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen and then select the names of eligible guests you'd like to include. If all 10 guests want to experience the same Multi Pass selections and Single Pass selections you can follow the prompts on the remaining screens to complete your purchases. If only certain guests want to purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass back out and complete a second transaction for the appropriate guests after making your group's Multi Pass selections.

Your initial 3 Multi Pass selections must be the same for your entire group, but you can go back to modify, subject to availability. I walked through the modification steps here for another guest here. As you make additional selections that day you can pick and choose which guests to include for each experience.

I hope this helps, Jennifer! If you have additional questions please feel free to write me again directly, or reach out to a Cast Member by phone or online chat. I hope you have a wonderful visit this fall!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
