Looking to book a trip in November. 6 adults, 2 kids. Want to book 3 separate rooms. Website only gives the option to book villas or rooms large enough to for the whole party.

    Hi Ryan,

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you have plans for an amazing fall vacation with a group of family or friends.

Let's help you get started. You are correct that you can only book one room or one Disney Vacation Package at a time when using the online Walt Disney World online reservation system. So you have a couple of options.

You can book each room or package individually online and then link them in the Room & Amenity Request section of your reservation. Or you can call the Walt Disney World Tickets & Hotel Reservations line to have a cast member assist with linking the reservations and requesting adjoining or connecting rooms if that's what you are looking for. (Requests are not guaranteed, but I have found that the resorts go above and beyond to try to meet all the guests' requests.)

The second option, which I prefer when I have a slightly more complicated plan, is to call that line from the start and have a cast member assist with making all three reservations and linking them.

Make sure you ask about any special offers or discounts that might apply to your booking.

If you already have chosen your dates and your resort, the process should go quickly. If you haven't, the cast member also can help you make that decision.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Ryan. Once you have your resort reservations nailed down, please feel free to come back here if you have other questions or would like our recommendations on dining, attractions or other experiences for your group.

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
