I am looking to book a room for myself, husband, 16 yr old and 8 yr old. My 18yr old like to come with his girlfriend. Are there rooms we can stay in for that many people? Or can we do connecting rooms? We would love to say at the Polynesian.

Aloha, Cathryn! Thanks for stopping by with your great question. We're happy you're here!

Oh boy! You have some truly magical plans in the making and I couldn't be more excited for you! When I travel to Walt Disney World Resort, I love traveling with my closest family and friends. The more, the merrier! In fact, I just traveled with a group of six earlier this year and we had the best, most memorable time together. I'd love to help you make the most out of your extra special trip!

Cathryn, if your heart is set on Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I say – go for it! This is a resort my family likes to visit often when we're vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort. You can often find us eating breakfast at Kona Cafe, enjoying a DOLE Whip soft-serve from Pineapple Lanai, or soaking up the magic at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto. When looking at the Room Rates, there are many options for groups of five with a few suites that can accommodate groups of eight. However, you can also book two rooms and request rooms that are nearby or connecting! You can make this request on the final confirmation page when booking the second room, or you can call a friendly Cast Member to help you with this request. The Cast Member will also be able to make a note that you're a family who's traveling together.

If you're looking for something a little more budget-friendly, you can consider the Family Suites at either Disney's Art of Animation Resort or Disney's All-Star Music Resort, both of which can accommodate up to six adults! You could also book two rooms at another Disney Resorts Collection hotel and request that the rooms be nearby or connecting. You may even be interested in booking one of the Deluxe Villas which have select rooms that can house larger parties. Please write back with any additional questions you may have and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction!

When it comes to picking which place to call "home" on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, let your heart be your guide. Decide which location feels the most magical to you and which ambiance would be just the right backdrop for making your magical memories. Everyone you ask will have their own favorite, and for good reason! Now, it's time for you to start dreaming – after all, a dream is a wish your heart makes.

Faith, trust, and pixie dust –
