How do I look at my tickets

    Hiya Charlie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by with your Disney World vacation question today. Looks like you've got a fun Spring visit coming up soon... such a lovely time of year to experience the Most Magical Place on Earth! Let's talk about getting your tickets squared away.

It's a great idea to connect your theme park admission tickets to the My Disney Experience app, so let me walk you through how to do that. Having your tickets linked to your My Disney account will allow you to see your tickets... and give you additional flexibility, like adding your tickets to your phone's digital wallet. It's super handy to be able to use either your phone or MagicBand for park entry and claiming Lightning Lane passes.

From the home screen of your My Disney Experience app, select the "≡" icon in the lower right corner, then select "My Tickets & Passes". Next, click the blue "+" at the top right, and then "Link Tickets & Passes" to add either your digital eTicket, or a physical ticket. The app is pretty intuitive for this part, and gives you details to walk you through the next steps. There are multiple options to get your ticket information loaded into your account... from using your phone camera to capture a QR or barcode, to manually entering the ticket ID number. Ka-chow! You should now see your linked tickets under your My Disney account, both inside the app or when logged into My Disney Experience on the website.

Now you'll be all set in case you want to purchase any Lightning Lane passes for the day of your visit. This allows guests to save time in line, by skipping the stand by queue for some of your favorite attractions. My family loves utilizing these, as they let us pack even more pixie-dusted fun into our Disney Day!

I hope you get a chance to check out my favorite annual event while you are there... the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! It's such a beautiful time of year at the park, with all the colorful flowers and wonderful character topiaries.

I hope this helped, Charlie. Please visit me again at planDisney if I can assist with any other questions or recommendations... we love to help contribute to the most magical memories possible!

    See ya' real soon,
    Tami
