    Where do I look for the payments I made with my credit and redemption gift card?

    Hi there, Georgianne! Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney.

    I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth this April! Spring is my favorite season to visit Walt Disney World Resort and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you. It sounds like you're getting all of your Donald Ducks in a row before you arrive and I would love to help you navigate your purchases during your vacation!

    If you stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your trip, you'll be able to view the current charges made with your MagicBand (or MagicBand+) through the My Disney Experience app! To do this, you'll log into the app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the "Resort Hotel" tile and "View Charges." Here, you'll be able to see any charges you made with your MagicBand that you linked to your credit card. You can also keep track of your purchases by saving the receipts that are sent to your email!

    However, I often mobile order and pay for my meals using a Disney Gift Card! Payments made with a Disney Gift Card or another redemption card won't show up by following the above steps. Georgianne, here is my best advice that I also use on my own trips to Walt Disney World Resort: I keep a note in my phone where I keep track of all of my purchases made with my Disney Gift Card so I know what funds I still have available. I also like to keep the Disney Gift Card number and EAN number saved to my phone so I can copy and paste them into the My Disney Experience app to easily make purchases when checking out. 

    If you're looking for purchases you've previously made, my best recommendation would be to reach out to Guest Services either by emailing or calling 407-828-5630. They would be happy to listen to your situation and provide any next steps for you!
