How long is the Warranty on hand built lightsaber

Bright suns, Justin! Welcome back to planDisney!

It sounds like you have been a frequent traveler to Batuu and faced your fair share of battles between the Resistance and the First Order! Traveling through the galaxy as much as you have, you may find that your handbuilt lightsaber from Savi's Workshop requires some attention and a tune-up from time to time. While Savi does not offer an official warranty policy, he is happy to help try to repair pieces or parts that may be malfunctioning. If you are back here on Earth, there are a few ways to reach out to Savi for help:

    • Email the Merchandise Services Team: this highly specialized team is here to help you with troubleshooting any issues with your lightsaber. Simply email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com and be sure to include your name, address, and phone number along with a description of the issue, a photo of your lightsaber, and a picture of your receipt if you have it. I would try to be as detailed as possible with any issues you are having so they can contact the right galactic technician to help you.
    • Call the Merchandise Services Team: if you have specific questions ahead of sending your email or while you're waiting for a response, feel free to give this team a call directly at (877) 560-6477. You can also reach out to the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Experiences Guest Services team at (714) 300-7805.
    • Search planDisney Panel: many of my fellow panelists are incredibly well versed in the ways of the force, just like yourself. They have given detailed instructions on how to tune-up lightsabers from afar. Marc has a great tutorial on how to change the batteries and adjust the all-important Kyber CrystalMichelle is an expert on ensuring your battery pack is inserted correctly and adjusting the blade so that your lightsaber is at full glow, and Ashley has great suggestions if your hilt is stuck in place
While you're working on your lightsaber, you might want to listen to (or watch!) the special "Tips for Visiting Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser" episode of the planDisney Podcast! This episode was filmed ON the Millennium Falcon itself and is full of tips and tricks for getting the most out of your time on Batuu or the Halcyon!

Justin, I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.

May the force be with you,
    Tara
