Welcome to planDisney, Tiffany. I'm so happy you found us on our little corner of the internet!
I'm sorry that you had to cancel your trip to the
Walt Disney World Resort. Sometimes extenuating circumstances happen and/or plans change. I hope that everything is all right and that you make it back to the resort when you are ready.
There's so much on the horizon for the resort and the future has never looked brighter. We'll be here to welcome you back with open arms and a generous helping of pixie dust when the time comes!
If you have canceled your trip within the appropriate timeframe (
you can check out the cancelation policies on the Terms and Conditions page) and are entitled to a refund, you can usually expect it to be processed within 7-10 business days. I just confirmed this with a friendly Cast Member. If after that time you have still not received your refund, I would recommend
calling the resort to inquire about the status.
Tiffany, when it
is time for you to make your triumphant return, what are you most excited about? Is it getting
digitized onto the Grid on
TRON / Lightcycle Run Presented by Enterprise at
Magic Kingdom Park? Is it walking through the lush landscape of
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana in
EPCOT? How about becoming a toy in Andy's backyard and enjoying some delicious grub at
Round Up Rodeo BBQ in
Disney's Hollywood Studios? Or perhaps it's flying on the back of a banshee on
Avatar Flight of Passage in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park? Oh wait, what's that you say? Your answer is all of the above and then some? That's a
perfect answer! I couldn't agree more.
All kidding aside, I wish you the best. If you have any other questions,
you can reach out to me directly and I'd be happy to answer them!
You can fly,
Matt
