Hiya Lanae,
Welcome back to planDisney!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is such a fun resort to stay at. A tropical escape in December, what a fantastic experience. I also love the
Disney Skyliner, so any resort that lets use it to get to
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios is at the top of my favorite list.
Thank you for your question, Lanae. While I knew you could have a visitor visit while you are a Guest at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, I had to do a little digging to determine if there was a time limit for that visit. After speaking to a Cast Member, they confirmed that there was no time limit associated with your visitor. That said, your visitor will not be able to stay overnight as that makes them a resort Guest, and they would need to be added to your reservation.
Before I let you go, Lanae, I did want to remind you about the parking at the resort. Parking at Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotels is reserved for Guests with resort reservations for that hotel and Guests with confirmed dining reservations. This means your visitor might not be permitted to park at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to visit you. If you want to make sure your friend can park (and also want to enjoy a yummy meal), have your visitor make a dining reservation at
Sebastian's Bistro. With a confirmed dining reservation, your visitor can park at the resort while you eat and visit (up to three hours).
I hope this was helpful, Lanae. Please come back and see us if you need anything else!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
