When log on to my Disney experience why does it say under hotel reservation under detail section broadq1 package. What does that mean

    Hi there, Jessica!

Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you've stopped by with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! In just a few short weeks, you'll be checking in at one of the fabulous Disney Resort hotels, where you'll be immersed in the wonder of Disney storytelling. Jessica, I'd be happy to help you prepare for your upcoming stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Whether you'll be saying "Jambo!" to the savanna residents at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or joining your favorite Disney and Pixar pals at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you're in for an unforgettable vacation. Staying at a Disney Resort hotel will keep you close to the magic of the theme parks, provide you with complimentary Resort transportation, and enable you to maximize the "fun" factor with early theme park entry! Jessica, the code that you see displayed under your Reservation Details in the My Disney Experience mobile app is the type of booking you made or the special offer applied to your reservation. These booking codes have significance to Cast Members at the Resort hotels and travel agents, but usually don't mean much to us regular Guests. Judging by this code, it appears that you may have booked your stay as a vacation package (Resort hotel plus theme park tickets).

Jessica, no matter which Disney Resort hotel you'll be checking into soon, don't miss the fantastic recreational offerings available to Guests! From spectacular themed pools to fun arts and crafts to evening campfire activities, the excitement doesn't end for Disney Resort Guests when they leave the theme parks. Like one of my brilliant panelist pals, Julie P., once said, Disney Resort hotels "aren't just a place to stay, they're a place to be." So, soak it all in and enjoy every magical moment!

I hope you've found this information helpful, Jessica. I'm wishing you safe travels and an enchanting stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to return to planDisney again anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
