where is the lodge uber drop off for animal kingdom lodge check in?

Jambo, Susan, and welcome to planDisney! You'll be arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort visit before Simba can tackle Zazu, so let's look at how you might arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel.

I recently used a rideshare service to get from Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge to Disney's All-Star Music Resort, and the driver picked me up at the main entrance of Jambo House. This is also where rideshare services will drop off guests so that you can head right inside to the main lobby to check in.

Remember to have your MagicBand or reservation number, along with your photo ID, when you arrive at the security gate for this resort because the guard will ask for this information. But Hakuna Matata! Once they know you're a hotel guest or have a dining reservation at the resort, they'll allow you safe passage. No hyenas will bother you!

If you've never stayed at this breathtaking resort, my pal Matt describes the layout perfectly. He also mentions Zebra Domes, one of my favorite desserts. Pick some up at The Mara, and let me know what you think!

If you're heading to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park during your stay, I hope you stop by Pandora - The World of Avatar at night. It's absolutely stunning to see after dark. My tip is to experience this land just before the park closes for a chance to hop in line for Avatar Flight of Passage with a potentially shorter wait. This attraction is one of my husband's favorites because he feels like he's on a Banshee. Sivako!

Susan, I hope your upcoming visit is fit for the king of beasts. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
