Hello Isabel,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question.
Disney PhotoPass Service and Memory Maker are perfect for capturing those magical moments during your visit—it's an extra I personally can't imagine a trip without! From iconic park photos to candid shots with your favorite characters, having those memories at your fingertips is priceless. Plus, it lets you keep your phone in your pocket and let the professionals do the rest!
To locate your
Memory Maker confirmation and link it to your
My Disney Experience app, start by checking the email address associated with your Disney account. You should have received a confirmation email when you purchased Memory Maker. Look for a confirmation number in that email. You'll use this to link the purchase if it isn't done automatically.
Next, open the
My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to the Disney PhotoPass section. From there, choose "Shop Memory Maker," on the following screen, select "Link It to Your Account." Enter the confirmation number from your email on the next screen, and once linked, your Memory Maker will automatically connect with your Disney PhotoPass photos. If you're using the website,
sign in, navigate to "My Plans," and scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Be sure to click the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab and scroll to the bottom, where you will see "Memory Maker Purchases." If it isn't already connected to your account, click the "Add More Plans" box, and select "Link Reservations and Purchases" to enter your confirmation number.
Since you're making the most of Disney PhotoPass Service, I highly recommend stopping by the
Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs! No reservation is needed, and you'll find a variety of photo backdrops that capture everything from classic Disney magic to seasonal themes. Plus, professional photographers know how to capture that perfect shot, and the best part? All photos taken here are included with your Memory Maker!
While at Disney Springs, don't miss the chance to explore
World of Disney, the largest collection of Disney merch anywhere. Whether you're looking for Mickey ears or exclusive apparel, it's a must-see. After shopping, treat yourself to a decadent cookie from
Gideon's Bakehouse (trust me, the peanut butter crunch is a game changer) or
Summer House on the Lake. If you're in the mood for a refreshing cocktail,
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is the place to be. Its Indiana Jones theming and waterfront views make it the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure.
I hope this helps you link your Memory Maker and adds magic to your trip! If you have any other questions, feel free to swing by again.
I'm always happy to help.
See you real soon!
Brent
