I appreciate your efforts to share the magic of Walt Disney World Resort with your friend's family. Wholly unused tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account can be reassigned to members of your Family & Friends list. Your first task is to connect with the daughter's mom in My Disney Experience. You can do this online by clicking "Add a Guest" at the bottom of your
Family & Friends list. Select "I'll enter their name and age" and "Invite this Guest to Connect," which appears for selection when "18+" is selected as the age. Enter the email address associated with her account and "Done." Once she accepts the invitation to connect, you will officially be connected as Family & Friends.
Assuming the daughter is connected to the mom in My Disney Experience, her name should automagically appear once "Add a Guest" and "Find through my Connected Guests" is selected. If her name does not appear, the mom needs to adjust the privacy settings of her Family & Friends list.
Once both names appear on your Family & Friends list, Coty, you can select their names from the "Reassign Ticket" dropdown menu found to the right of
each ticket. Once the tickets have been reassigned, you are welcome to remove the two from your Family & Friends list if you don't anticipate traveling with them in the future.
