Hello Sofia!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort arrival is just hours away and I'm happy to help!
If you purchased your ticket online, it may already be linked to your account. If not, you can link theme park tickets to your MyDisney Account online or via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. To do so online, head to the
Reservation and Purchase linking page, select the "Ticket" option, and enter your Ticket ID Number. The ID Number length will vary depending on the type of ticket you have in your possession, but you can
review a few variations here. Once linked, your ticket details should be viewable online under
"My Plans." Just scroll down to click the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" link next to "Daily Itinerary."
You can also link your tickets by clicking the "(≡)" icon at the bottom right of your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. From there, click "My Tickets & Passes," select the "+" at the top right of your screen and then "Link Tickets & Passes." The following screen will give you the option to scan your ticket with your phone's camera or type in the ID Number.
I recommend downloading the app ahead of your visit as you'll use it to view park maps and attraction wait times and place Mobile Food & Beverage Orders at eligible locations. You can also use the app to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass to enter the parks with your linked admission and access Lightning Lane entrance with the purchase of
Lightning Lane Passes.
I hope this helped, Sofia. If you need technical assistance
reach out to a Cast Member by phone or the online chat. They are usually pretty adept at troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Wishing you a magical visit!
Magic and memories,
Amy
