Hi, Susan, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're planning a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation and would like to include others in your planning process. Happily, it's easier than ever to connect with your loved ones with My Disney Experience. You'll find there are just a few steps to take to link your family and friends, whether you do this on the desktop website or the mobile app.
If you're using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen (the one with the three lines). Scroll down to the Account section and click on "Profile." At the top of the screen, toggle to "Family & Friends List," then click "Add a Guest." This is where the app functionality gets extra magical. If you're in person with your travel party, you can select "Scan their linking code." The linking code can be found at the bottom of the "My Profile" screen. Once you scan it, you'll be able to make and share your plans for your vacation.
On the
website, scroll down a bit until you see a blue icon that says "Family & Friends" underneath it. Click on that icon and then click "Add a Guest." Select "Search for a Guest" and add your family and friends' information to find them. Then, you can add your travel party to your reservations.
The My Disney Experience Mobile App will be your go-to resource during your time at the Most Magical Place on Earth. My favorite feature is the Map, where you can find everything from wait times at attractions to nearby dining locations. It will also give you helpful directions to your next destination.
