Hi there, Sarrah, and welcome back to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few days away, and now is the perfect time to think about details that will help you have a seamless visit.
Sarrah, to
park at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you either need to be staying at that hotel or have a dining reservation there. If you have a dining reservation, you’ll be able to park there for free while you dine. Since
Disney’s Pop Century Resort doesn’t currently offer table service dining, it’s unlikely that you’d be able to park there. The best place to park for a day at Magic Kingdom is the Transportation and Ticket Center. From there, you’ll take either a Monorail or boat to the entrance of
Magic Kingdom. Parking is complimentary for resort hotel Guests, and the rate is currently $30 for other Guests. This rate is subject to change, and there might be other options available, like Preferred Parking, when you arrive.
Happily, transportation within Walt Disney World Resort is complimentary to Guests. If you’re park hopping or resort hopping, feel free to take advantage of the many forms of transportation available to you. One of my favorites is the Disney Skyliner - you’ll feel like Tarzan swinging through the trees!
Sarrah, one of the best ways to navigate Walt Disney World Resort is with the map feature of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. It’ll give you clear directions on how to get to your next destination, whether a park, restaurant, or even an attraction. I hope this is helpful to you! Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See ya real soon!
