Hi Sang! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Disneyland Resort is dedicated to providing all its Guests with a welcoming and inclusive experience. It offers many
resources, guides, and accommodations to help all Guests enjoy their Disneyland Resort visit. I've traveled with family and friends, who utilized various services at Disney, and it always helped make those vacations enjoyable for the whole group.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is one of the available Guest accommodations. DAS is an accommodation for eligible Guests who have difficulty waiting in a traditional queue. With DAS, you select a return window using the
Disneyland mobile app, and in the meantime, you can enjoy the parks in a way that best suits your group's needs.
I visited the parks with a friend who was pre-registered for DAS, and we were able to explore the parks together after I was added to her DAS party. It sounds like this might be your situation too. If you've already had your pre-arrival conversation with a Cast Member and your child wasn't added to your DAS party at the time of that conversation, you can still add them. Since you'll be visiting soon, I suggest you visit Guest Relations. A friendly Cast Member can assist you in making the updates to your DAS party after you've linked your child's admission ticket to your account in the Disneyland mobile app. Just remember when you enjoy an Attraction using a DAS return time, you'll need to board with the rest of your DAS party.
If you haven't had your pre-arrival conversation yet, simply link your child's admission ticket prior to your chat with the Cast Member. These
conversations can be had up to 2 days prior to your arrival, so there's still time to see if you're eligible for DAS.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
