Hi there, Carren! Welcome to planDisney. Staying in sync while at the parks is always a must in my book. With linked accounts, I find it easier to make plans, decide which attractions are top priorities, and share photo memories from rides throughout the day. I’d love to walk you through how to do it!
When you open the
Disneyland app, tap the (≡) button on the bottom bar, then tap “My Tickets & Passes.” Next, tap “Link Tickets & Passes,” where you’ll be given three options: Camera, Tap, and Type ID to enter the tickets of those in your party. By doing this, you’ll have their tickets available in your Disneyland app. I love using this feature, and I’m usually the ticket holder of sorts when my husband and I visit with our toddler. This allows me to select
Lightning Lane return times for both of us while he’s wrangling our little guy or negotiating which Cars toy to bring home from Emporium on Main Street.
Whether you’re linking 2 people or 17, it’s definitely doable. This past December, my
planDisney class of 2026 and I linked our accounts, and it was a great way to bond over attractions and create core memories together. We found it easiest to send each other our tickets to link since we’re all from different places. If you’re just linking with your family, the camera feature is usually the easiest option.
Carren, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope you have a wonderful visit next month. If you have any questions in the meantime, planDisney is here for you!
With a Sprinkle of Pixie Dust,
Bev
