What level am I for Castaway club

    Hi JoAnn,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question!

I love taking a look at my Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club dashboard to see how many cruises I’ve completed and to get more information about my perks for my next voyage. I appreciate the way that Disney Cruise Line rewards its repeat cruisers and the fact that the program is always growing and evolving just gives me even more to dream about for my next trip.

To find out what your Castaway Club Membership Level is, cruise on over to the Disney Cruise Line website, and click on the “Already Booked” tab. One of the last options that you'll see reads “Castaway Club”, which will allow you to see your Membership Level (Pearl, Platinum, Gold or Silver), your Castaway Club ID number (right under your Membership Level), how many cruises you’ve completed and view your full list of Castaway Club perks. You should also be able to scroll down in order to see a list of your previous sailings, along with your stateroom number.

I hope my answer helps you get the most out of your Castaway Club status on your next voyage, JoAnn! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
